Free trainings for villagers
The Coffee-Cocoa Council, through its rural investment fund, financed the installation of 150 solar pumping and water treatment stations.
The goal is both social and economic.
Social because it allows easy access to drinking water; thus improving the health of the inhabitants and releasing women and children from the painful work of pumping.
Economical because it allows a counter-season irrigation by farmers.
In order to perpetuate these solar stations installed by Estia Synergie, free trainings are organized before and after the installations; thus ensuring the proper management and maintenance of stations.
